1. Validity and Expiry This plan is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. All lesson credits included in this package must be redeemed within this timeframe. Any unused credits at the end of the 6-month period will automatically expire and are non-refundable. 2. Self-Service Booking To ensure a seamless experience with zero administrative delays, all lessons must be booked through our online booking calendar. Upon purchasing this plan, credits will be automatically applied to your account, allowing you to select your preferred dates, times, and available teachers. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We value our teachers' time and the commitment to your progress. Therefore, a 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all scheduled sessions: More than 24 hours' notice: you may reschedule or cancel your session through the Wix app or website without losing your credit. Less than 24 hours' notice: sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time will be considered "completed" and the credit will be deducted from your plan. No-shows: if a student does not attend the scheduled session within the first 15 minutes, the lesson will be forfeited. 4. Teacher Assignment While we strive to provide consistency with your preferred instructor, sessions are subject to teacher availability as shown on the live calendar. All our instructors follow the Glorick methodology to ensure a uniform and high-quality learning experience regardless of the assigned tutor. 5. Technical Requirements Lessons are conducted via Google Meet. It is the student's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and functioning audio/video equipment. Time lost due to student-side technical issues cannot be reimbursed or added to the session duration. 6. Refunds Pricing plans are non-refundable once the first lesson has been booked or after 7 days from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.
